How bizarre - I put a post up and it's disappeared?!

Good to see the old faces, along with some new ones (TaviaRS - John) and the others I didn't speak to.

Are you guys arranging another meet sometime???

I turned up last night at the Crispin (in my mate's light blue Punto) hoping to meet some of you, however I was a bit late. We got lost and caught in traffic from London and finally arrived at 9.30pm - only to realise who the scoob guys were as you left! Must say, watching you pull away was quite a sight - THAT EXHAUST NOTE! Confirms I wanna buy one!!

Springy - just keep your eyes peeled on the board as we have these meets every couple of weeks or so.

However, I'm confused as to why you thought everyone was leaving/gone by 9:30 - I know that most of us left gone 10! You probably saw some of us going for a drive to "demonstrate the sound of the Scooby Burble" - however we did come back afterwards!

I had probably dazed off into scooby world looking at that brand new blue wrx in the car park, totally lost track of time! The burble soon woke me up but then it was gone
Aiming to buy a P1 in the next few months - or an EVO VI. Probably the scooby cos you cant forget that noise! Was good to see the cars tho'!

LOL@ scott and the smilies

Thanks to Martyn for bring down the STi it sounds very nice now

Great to see some new faces and even the one bloke who just turned up in his scooby blissfully unaware and was confronted by a whole car park full!! He know knows of Scoobynet and the hole in his wallet that results

So to everyone for attending and see you at the next one, probably in a couple of weeks on the Thursday...

PS @ the cornering of a scoob but scott needs to be careful his driving doesn't make his passengers

LOL at you muppets (Jawa & Scott!)

Twas good to meet new faces, as Scott says, and poke round the new STi7 (thanks Martyn).

Scott - I like to think I was slightly more composed than that during your cornering antics - it was Jawa who let out the 'verbal expression of amazement'!

Worth coming back down from Worcester for.

Cheers all,
Steve

Hmm - brakes, lights, Eibachs, 17s - where to start!!

Yeah, nice one for making it Dizzy Hope to see you again!!

Spider - me, with my reputation I believe it went something along the lines of "Blimey that was quite good!" (try reducing that to two words though, last one being Hell lol!!!)

Errrr J, the therapys not working then......

Scott - i will be there next time, i thought that blackmail would be on the cards !!!!! Oops. Hahaha nothing a box of Milk Tray cant fix. I know how to treat a lady.

Cant wait for the white knuckle rides either. Maybe i can scare you in the Clio - had 68mph round the sharp left hander before BMWs on Southern Industrial estate earlier, together with an armful of opposite lock after I swung the back out !!

Did you guys see a WR Blue MY01 with morettes go past at about 2220h last night. If so it was Tal who i worked with. He said a few of you were still there.

Dave, I think you will need a little bit more than a box of Milk Tray to get out of this! Karen has all archived off all the previous Bracknell meet threads!! BTW you've got the wrong type of car to pull anyway! Perhaps you should be chopping that Clio in for a STi7!

Steve - I think you and I should just sit there and be shown how we are supposed to drive/kart, after all we know nothing! Well that's what we've been told!!!

J - I see no postings for 11pm onwards - therefore I take it you must have got romantic!! (Seperate note - I also hope the CD works.....)

Edited to add - Neil (Jawa) or G - were either of you driving up past the BP garage (non-dual-carriageway side) at around 8:15 last night?

They were just cruising down the road at 30mph (I hope ) and the car just sounded superb! This deep burble approaching and going past made me smile . Unfortunately I was too far away to see the colour/reg.

Hey, Scott not saying I got romantic , but Dr Love was in the house last night......... grrrrr..

Cheers for the CD ( There's no reg details on or in the case, is that right?)

As Scott can vouch, i was high on chocolate last night, it just has that effect on me .
