Broke in two a while back mate. If I'd repaired it and refitted it I would have wiped it out good style at BlyTEN

Japspeed headers, seem ok for now Fitting cold air feed b4 mapping, but China bound on Tuesday. Might go for Simtek fancy antilag
Also gonna decat so may fit 3" turbo back system, but which one
Oh well time to be advised/think about it as I'll be away till end of month.
What do you think?

i wouldn't do simtek till you change turbo and engine work as you'l be looking £1000plus and the ecutek is fine til your getting near 500bhp.

for decat downpipe buy from ebay from a bloke in america that sells them via ireland so no import tax for £120 including p+p
Subaru Impreza 3" Turbo Downpipe Decat WRX STi Exhaust on eBay, also Exhaust Components, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 02-Sep-08 18:51:49 BST)
or these from sheffield but you'd have to ask if it's a true 3inchSUBARU IMPREZA TURBO EXHAUST FRONT PIPE DE CAT on eBay, also Exhaust Components, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 01-Sep-08 15:30:44 BST)

filter wise i wouldn't bother cold induction til doing turbo just a good panel filter will do. but if you want to get one get the hyperflow inwing induction (from AET) and use a K&N filter.

did you heat wrap the headers?

also have you got the apex coilovers what you think to them?

Not wrapped yet, but gonna.
I like the coilovers a lot, 5/4 springs on and not uncomfortable at all IMO, can lower as much as you want and doesn't affect damper travel.

Standard Sti, fitted mine at end of Jan this year, no probs at all apart from fact they highlighted rear drop links were worn, started knocking. After fitting solid rear links all ok .
