She isn't curvy, she's overweight. Technically she's probably obese.
We have been concerned for years about kids seeing pictures of ultra skinny people because its not good for them. How is promoting obese people gonna be helpful? What sort of message is that sending?

...or size? She looks more like an 18 to me and she is beyond 'curvy', her stomach is fat and itd wobble like a jelly if she jumped about. Im surprised that anyone has used such an unflattering photograph...
is she looking at the pound saver menu or what

i have seen size 16 women before (including naked 
and i did not have to pay anything ) that look completely different to that to be honest, i`m not clued up on birds sizes but have been told they always lie about them
maybe her neck is a 16
the rest must be bigger, or the size 16 stuff that fits her is made from lycra
like i said previous, shes just a bit to big for the general public to like, dropping a bit would have her in a much better picture, she does not have to go skinny (that's minging) but she is more then "curvy" at the moment.

Oh and I agree with GD, one of my friends is a size 16 and is much smaller than her, so perhaps a few lies have been told. Anyway, she will probably lose all that weight soon if she is only 16

At her age and if she's wrongly being 'celebrated' at this size I think all the signs point to her moving towards Sumo status.

I think people are getting confused between curvy and fat! Curvy to me just means her body has a bit of shape to it, so looks great. Size 8-10 and "curvy" is a nice body. Fit, slim and not carrying any excess fat...size 16 is fat! some people on this site are kidding themselves.
Obviously no one finds catwalk models aka size 0 attractive, thats not the point in them...they're like coathangers for clothes to show them off. Why do you think pornstars are curvy? because thats attractive, but as I said, that to me only refers to body shape, nothing to do with being fat. Think the problem these days is that theres f*ckin loads of overweight people so the definition of fat has changed.
Obviously no one finds catwalk models aka size 0 attractive, thats not the point in them...they're like coathangers for clothes to show them off.
