Personally I think size 10/12 is fine for women - not fat, but not so skinny you can see their bones sticking out. This would be my definition of 'curvy', not a size 16.

 

That two pics now where she is wearing baggy clothing. Not that someone that size should wear figure hugging stuff but at the same time shouldnt wear stuff that looks 2 sizes too big.

Absolutely **** all wrong with a voluptuous figure. She carries it well as she is quite tall. I suppose it's different strokes for different folks but a curvy lass (not obese) looks a lot better than a skinny one.

 

All you saying a curvy lass looks good are talking crap. She's massively overweight. She clearly does no exercise or has any self respect for herself. You are perpetuating the lazy culture in this country. Her thighs are huge! She needs to start doing some sports or risk an early death. That's not a curvy woman it's an obese teenager.

Massively overweight?! That's being a tad melodramatic. Women have a propensity to store fat around the thighs and buttocks, it's completely natural. It's far healthier than girls starving themselves to remain thin. Talking of Rubenesque women, Dawn French has been on the large side for years and seems very happy and healthy.

 

My missus has lost quite a bit, its just a different experience, both pleasurable !

I however maintain a couple of stones of excess just in case of famine, with the current economic climate, my decision seems to be the right one.

Well she hasn't dropped dead yet. Nor has she ever considered her size to be a drawback. Plus she always looks 'radiant'.

I don't know why STI has received negative marking for his comments May be, because he is so open and straight with his opinions.

Ms. Surrey is very pretty by face, but she can't be classed as curvy. Curvy is a figure like Beyonce and Shakira. Overweight can not be classed as curvy either IMO.

If Ms. Surrey loses some weight, she will look even more appealing and attractive.

Other than if it fell out of bed you would need new joists and a new ceiling, it would also cost you a fair bit in fuel to lump that heffer around given the fuel prices at the min.

because it's people are looking at themselves and don't want to admit they're obese so rather than face it they'd happily bury their heads in the sand and feel better thinking it's OK to be that big. Just look at the response Snazy got for his thread. It opened a lot of peoples eyes to themselves and what they can do. credit to him for taking action and giving himself a better standard of life.

SN is so quick to judge on the PC front but anything that forces them to look at themselves and they run a mile.

I have to say that physical fitness is not always a judging point for people's goodness of their character IMO. Goodness is deeply embedded, under the skin, fat and muscles. I know you are not judging anything superficially at all STI, all you are saying is that physically, what's what is to be accepted, that's all.

I celebrated my return to the gym yesterday after a four year absence by driking 8 pints last night. Bugger. Must try harder...

 

Being a size 16, she probably has a waist size of about 30-32 inches depending on where you look for size guides, I'd hardly say that's massively overweight. I really hope she's not subjected to the sort of comments some people have come out with on this thread, as being young, and possibly impressionable, she could end up with some eating disorder, and obviously that would be so much better than being a bit curvy.
