Default Dank voor een grote draad!

It's been emotional!!!

Sad to hear it's your last update next, can't you have a sudden change of mind and go for another look?

Just kidding, I recently spent a long time trawling the classifieds to find a white bug eye too, as I really fancied something like yours (although I couldn''t have hoped for it to be so good) however the wife has noticed and I am under strict instructions that I am not allowed to change the classic for some time, ho hum!

Hope you get over to the UK at some point and we can see it in the flesh!

If you must, bring on the final update...............

The WRC S7 headlights bezels...

This token me the most off my time...

Because I have a WRX (H4) and not a WRX STI (2 X H7?),
I hade to make harnesses for the headlamp wire ring..

Started with the H7 ones...these are going to be the high beam ones...

For the Low beam ones it’s H9, also going to be Xenon’s in a later stadium…

I let them to rest, because there will be Xenon in those at a later stadium…
Next made the harness for the turn lights and signal lights you call theme ??

I hade the old headlamp still, so I got the wiring of that so I won't have to cut in the harness of the car...

In this picture you can see, that I made the wiring suitable to the standard of the car...

Next was a moulding around the headlight bezels, very accurate work but necessary...

For the top mount off the headlights bezels, hade to drill a hole to mount it...
was to bad that I couldend use the "old" hole due to the alarm system.

it will be something like this...

The test fitting...

Wimprezawrx,

Do you have any idea how much the bonnet weighs?

Also, how much work was needed to get it to fit correctly? Did it need much work to get the panel gaps right? Im intersted in ordering one for my own car but have quality concerns.

It weighs very very little... don't now how much, sorry for that...

My hero spent very little of time on the seams/gaps, becouse it was fine...
we did hade to modifie the winges , because it was to close at one side...

Are you in a hurry with the hood, because i am coming over to the scoobyscootout this year in may, the you can see it live....

This has turned into one of the best quality modifications I've seen on any car, it has been a pleasure to read through it and finally see the end result. You should be rightly proud. I really look forward to seeing your car at the Scooby Shootout.

Absolutely fantastic.
