Things are always moving on, and the MD321 series is no different.

We're currently working on several new versions, but we'll release details closer to the launch

Laterals turbos will be very interesting and i have a sneaky feeling they will perform better than the billet for some reason, the current md turbos seem to be doing very well with a large following at the moment so to improve on that alone is saying something. Never the less im more than happy with mine but will still be checking this thread

I think it will take a fair amount for me to move away from my MD321V to try something else

that would be a classed as enough.. lol

I could just sell the turbo I have that I bought to replace the 321V before I had time to actually finish the car and then realise the replacement is too small lol..

Scary I'd say! You really need great rubber and a wide track (which Si's now got!), and stupendous brakes, to feel 'safe' with that power in the light Classic on the road, I reckon???

Simon, how much defference in your opinion has rotating the MD made?
I know Duncans makes similar power in the OEM location but is yours doing it on less boost?

Fantastic results. just interested to see what defference it has made

Interesting point re the rotation of it Frayz - mine was tailing down to 1.7 at the top the same as Simons. I ran more in the mid range to get the 600lb/ft torque though.

I don't think it will effect the figures other than on my car it is much easier now to get an inlet pipe in there and run the intercooler pipe work.. I guess the improvement is more in normal driving, respool etc than peak power

Personally i think the MD series turbo's are the best. They hold boost really well through out the rev range.
