Mate everyone knows there is issues with royal mail atm, so we don't blame you guys that have put the effort into this.

Worked for Royal Mail for 13years and it was getting worse when I left.
The posties I know who work on the streets say it is dire now, and quite a few are on about leaving. It used to be a good job and the moral was good but now they are all low. They hierachy just want part timers so they are forcing issues on to the posties.

I got my girlfriend to pack most of the envelopes and it seems the dozy twonk has missed out quite a few orders or not put the correct amount of vinyls in the envelopes. I do apologise for this.

She has had a good slap and been sacked. She is now on ironing duty
