It was supplied with a hole punch when I bought it from the States so I punched holes at regular intervals along splitters length and drilled a hole at the bottom of the bumper in the middle and fixed in place with large, fairly flat headed bolts and nuts with washers, then worked my way outwards from there. It is a little fiddly and I needed to cut triangles between the holes to allow for curves in bumper and add a few self tappers at the corners of the bumper to ensure flush fit.
But looks good, is robust enough to scuff kerbs/speed humps without causing problems or damage and didn't sag after a while like some similar products seem to do.
If you type rhino lip on ebay it should come up.

I think I just used matt black from halfords, and yes sanded it and used primer first. I followed the guide on scoobynet, and it was spot on to be fair

Not as far as I know? I stand to be corrected however...

Makes such a difference and relatively easy, excuse the poor photos!
