got a reply from grant at awd motorsport, he can gice the same price as ian,he didnt say what delivery will be either though

i'm happy to go with either company ,looks like H+S will be £5 more for my bb and i'v no idea what p+p will be possibly £8 more

i think awd charge £10 and H+S £18 on there site but to be honest i dont give a ****e anymore and just want the exhaust

I think we should go with H&S, Ian has been good with replying to queries, and I personally find it more reassuring getting the stuff from the guys who actually make it!

Lets get the ball rolling, get some total prices together for each of us and let the wallet emptying commence! LOL!!

 

reconsidering getting mine as its more than i expected, the price i got for the rear silencer for the gtb is £250, which seems too much more than the impreza ones

he didnt notice the mistake with the price of the newage 3" angled bb or the newage up pipe.

he didnt say what p+p was in the email but i spoke to him a while back about delivery of downpipes and it would be £10 anywhere in the UK

any gaskets would have to be bought from subaru either through him or direct and it's not possible for a discount on them not sure about the 3" system ones.

he said that anyone removing the cats on a newage would need to buy a H+S celfix also at £15

being honest i started this H+S group buy ages ago origanally for backboxes through awd then since there wasnt enough interest it was changed to all parts then mneame restarted it here after it didnt come to much,it's got a bit aqward now and its dragin on a bit.grant has said that he will make little profit from this but is going ahead with it mainly for some advertising of his garage,i'v met him a couple of times and he is very helpfull and puts customer satisfaction first

can we take a vote AWD or H+S direct and on monday start the buying of shiny bits

 

I'll vote for H&S because I know the gaskets are included. I might end up paying postage on mine, instead of collecting. Is it £18 for a full system delivered?

h+s in my opinion are the best -simple as that !!!!!!
very helpfull honest people , not trying to rip people of and offer good after sales care if needed { but the stuffs that top notch you would never need it , mind you if you needed it modded in the future its h+s all day long }

Seriously, do Royal Mail deliver large items like that? usually when ive had larger items sent out, its via a courier

I don't think anyone would be daft enough to send anything out via Royal Mail at the moment - I just hope that the posties get what they deserve and they get sorted soon, before the Xmas rush!

 

yep they do mate, up to 20kg and 1.5 metres and thats just standard parcels, also parcel force is a part of royal mail, but like you say i don't think they'll use them
