I've done a couple of hours tonight. The bit in the middle of the jaw where the heart of the knot is, is proving to be a complete tw@t to carve.

If I'd have done this carving, it would have been a while back, and would now be happy with the result, hanging on the thunderbox wall.
And
then started a thread, with pictures detailing blank, to finished article, posted over a timespan of perhaps 2, maybe 3 days...
To make it look like I was good at carving
