what were the different factory blue paint codes for the sti type R, I thought there was just the sonic blue and the dark blue?

That was what I thought, until I saw an original sales brochure where it comes up with the standard colours and the 'extras' brochure comes up with a few more (my one!), not to mention the 'customer choice' option that lets you order the car in any colour you want (with a hefty price increase!). I have seen a few cars in the same colour as mine.
My car is actually only slightly lighter in colour than Sonic Blue, despite what it looks like in the Pic. I should really post one up of it in the sunlight so people get a better appreciation of it. I remember parking up with lodas of P1's, Type R's/RA's and 22Bs and EVERYONE was a different shade of blue. Not one was the same! Although everyone seemed to agree they liked mine the best. I get alot of compliments at the meets about the colour.

Thats a good bit of info as I didn't know that re the colours..nice car. out of interest what is the paint code?

Thats on my account to be honest. I've been away with work, with what was meant to be a week and a half but know looks like Im not back till 19th May!
