Here goes

5k (3.5 miles) in 31 mins & 08 Secs

Set my target at 25 mins, but with no training and still slightly tipsy and it being 22 degrees with no shade or wind I am happy with that....

I must say it feels fantastic to do the Race for life all the girls egging each other on just keeps you going, I had a bit of a moment on the start line when you read the squares on peoples backs which tells you who they are running for, but it just made sense as to why I was there....
