Use 1, why? cause you have a distinctive logo there that you could use on it's own without the text when the opportunity arrises (bottom of web pages, continuation paper etc).
Matt
P.S. I'm also interested in what program you used to do these with?

All are very good...
1 has a distinctive attention grabbing logo. Which, others have quoted can use on it's own, bottom of web pages, headers & faxes
The Lizard links to the Kreature name work, yes probably the norm, companies would use the lizard for a 'K' - it could work...
2 good for surfing gear, i like this one, but in faxes & copies, it will probably look a mess...
Could look superb for web pages if the water ripples!!
3 simple effective design, sharp & clear

Thanks for the great responses everyone.
After tallying up the votes, and using my strange points system the results are:
1. 120 pts
2. 52 pts
3. 46 pts
4. 20 pts
So it looks like logo number 1 is the clear winner.
To answer some of the questions:
* Package used is Fireworks. Lizard was hand drawn, then scanned and created with a vector path. Effects are just fill and gradient effects.
* Company name is pronounced as per normal - Creature. Reason this name was chosen is that in the "Brewers Phrases and Fables" book is states Creature to mean - "that which is created, whether animate or inanimate". Very apt for websites.
* Dont want to use the K as the lizard as it has been a bit overdone in the past IMHO.
Thanks again all for your help
