He'd rather post random statements on here and not back them up.

Isn't that right?

LOL, tell the truth now AL - your reliability's not looking all that hot at the moment.

Lets clear this one up: The E-class is your father's and he lets you drive it in and out of the garage.

What that says to me is that Porsche treats it's customers with contempt and that their cars are hopelessly overvalued. It also says to me their owners are stupid and are paying through the nose.

Like the car. Think it looks great. Will reserve judgement on handling etc until I've driven one.

I see with the big front over hang, that Audi still can't build a car without hanging its engine ahead of the front axle, despite its new MPL chassis. The profile is not to disimilar to the BMW 3 series coupe, which incidently is more pleasing to the eye, especially with its proportion and the swage line running along the side. You know what they say, imitation is the greatest form of flattery!

I dont think they really even need to know build a sporty car, they got enough of a customer base (office monkeys, office execs, middleclass commuters) to gets suckered into cars like this.

The 3 series doesnt have swoopy lines. The audi R8 has swoopy lines and the A5 follows that new audi design trend

As for weight distribution its as good as any of BMW's 3er X-series.

Learn before you comment and make yourself look silly.

He was talking about the overhang over the front axle lines, not the weight distribution.

Get an engine bay shot, you will see what we mean.

Yea but the reason why he mentions overhang is because hes suggesting that it will have crap weight distribution like older audi's, when thats not the case.

The pictures are decieving, and I shall provide some pics to prove it.

Even the rear bumper and lights look almost the same and in no way does the A5 resemble the R8. You of all people can see that!!

Engine aft of the front axle, weight distribution still nose heavy at 55/45 and not far off from some FWD cars.

Do you know of the weight distribution of the evo and impreza before commenting

And 55/45 is about as good as it gets on a Front engined 4wd car. Not even the "great" "almighty" bmw can do better than that wither their 4wd 3 series. And The Audi 4WD cars were crapping all over the 4wd BMW's even with the flawed chassis.
