I'm guessing we will be going M25 towards Watford, then M40 ?

If so, any chance of a quick pit-stop for the main convoy at South Mimms to pick up those that live this side of the M25 (Harlow way) ? That way it will save some of us (not sure how many though) going to Thurrock and then back again.

Say 12:20pm at South Mimms ?

Afternoon Guys and Girls

Right tickets have gone out now

Just a few little things that are not covered in the letter.
you can check into your rooms 2.30pm onwards however the bar is open from 12pm for drinks and bar snacks throughout the day, you can also use the leisure facilities as well.

There will be a photo shoot in the morning so those of you who want to take pics etc with the cars in front of the hall you are quite welcome.
And one other thing can i kindly ask you when you enter the grounds that you drive down the long drive carefully no silly driving

This is going to be a cracking night so please enjoy yourselves
