Heads Up Guys!!!

Have just Heard form Someone who lives in Meriden that the TVR club have really pissed off the locals last weekend (four abreast up the road leaving black stripes and drifting round the island). There is potential for the Local council and the Old Bill to be there this Sunday and for the Pub to ban these meets all together!!!

Have checked this with a couple of people and it woulod appear to be true!!!!

I think we must exercise xtreme caution withi a couple of miles of the meet location as I suspect we will get the butt of the TREVOR stupidity.

If the Bull Head becomes a no go I would suggest we approach The Black Boy pub outside Knowle. Its i the middle of nowhere and has a big open car park plus is good in the summer as has a beer garden.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings!!!!

 

Can i just ask that when arriving at meriden and leaving you can keep to the speed limit as i was pounced upon by concill leader just to keep the cars at a safe speed as a few went up the road like the way (ginge) drives lmao....



As you can see above i put this in my first post we have to drive slow through meriden very slow please its only a mile long so its no great hardship dont want to get banned from here we should be ok ill call tmz to make sure if not i will move our meets to the originall cov meet at the second pub we went to great mananger as i have stated and good size car park ill let u all know asap .......

I have a pretty good route from one to the other if anyone fancy's a convoy!!! (no dual carriaway, all back roads except one little stretch which I will avoid if its dry!!!)

Bring the Video cameras but be prepared to eat the tapes if we get stopped!!!!

 

hey mark do u think its worth giving meriden a miss just this once not worth the hassle is it,go straight to the oak far better pub or any other ideas.
i had just wondered about the oak mate as nothing else had bin mentioned since the start of this post.

Right just got of phone to landlady at boars head she said we are more than welcome down there was no problems from us at last meet just to keep speed down through the village which is common sense for most of us so we are welcome there and on that note ill see you all sunday 1 pm ..

My car just come from powerstation made 334 at 1 bar of boost so im happy for now be happy to see it sunday and drive it lol.....
