Very bad behaviour PSL and sorry to hear about the damage. I would feel the same way as you do and would certainly be very severely tempted to take personal action. Trouble is, they know their rights and you would be up before the Beak without any sympathy.
They and their parents should be compelled to pay for the damage.

You pop around next door, confront the lad (you're a big guy) and make it quite clear that he should pray for the condition of the cars in your household, because if anything else happens to them, you will be coming for him -and you dont care whether it was him or one of his mates; guilty by association!!

Pete has blown it so many times on here, I assume he's about 47, his father still drives and his daughter is obviously quite young, so this is a fairly reasonable assumption to make, I also imagine him to be somewhat weedy and under the thumb.

I used to do exactly the same, great fun at the time. In fact we used to do lots of stuff as kids that I wouldn't be too pleased about if my lad were to do the same now.
