c'mon , £4k in the *** pocket has got to be less hassle than stripping it to nothing and being stuck with half of it
I would be interested in a price of supplying and fitting a proper cage in it as you mention it can be built to FIA spec.

Is this a case of the sum of the parts being worth more than the car

I had the engine out as when it was at Steve Simpsons being mapped we picked up a slight problem on a piston with the det cans.

After doing the sums..yes it has made more sense for me to pull her in bits.. the worst job was done.. tis a great shame because i love the car..she handled amazingly

Yes are strong... I have 2 Sump guards available. One that was fitted in Japan which has suffered abit from corrosion OR i also bought a sump guard off ML Fabrications who designs and builds all the guards for the Guys at TEG SPORT. I bought it when he was making abatch up. Has had very minimal use.
