Sqn Ldr Harders.... please sign the 555 up provisionally, and supply dates when you can.
I'm pretty sure the majority will be up for it... and I've already informed 'Mrs Sqn Ldr' I'll be away on duty during the summer months of 2007.
Wgn Sqn history...
A long long time ago (coming up to 4 years) in a county far away (East Sussex) existed two classic wagon owners... 'fdpxfunix' and 'krud'. Then through a time portal of echo factor 555.5 in the month of Feb Zero Three... along comes 'Buzz' with a Jap import WRX wagon.
The 3 wagons lined up at the regular East Sussex meet... and voila ...'fdpxfunix' says "We look like a Wagon Squadron". The rest as they say is history.
The original Wgn Sqn...
The original Sqn was called the 'East Sussex Scoobies 555 Wagon Squadron', now renamed to the rather catchy '555 Wgn Sqn'. Over the last 4 years we've had a logo designed, stickers created, banners created, uniforms made and additional ground staff recruited. Last year the Sqn made it's first appearance at the NBO and won best stand. We also completed our first 'Very Secret Mission' at Dunsfold Park Surrey.
There's now a northern section... '555 Wgn Sqn - Northern Section' ...run by Lord Harding or Sqn Ldr 'Harders' Harding.
The Wgn Sqn is just for fun. There's nothing official about the whole thing, but it does seem to be growing, and may need some admin staff in the future! ...or even a membership card

PS. 'fdpxfunix' was renamed to 'Squadron-Leader' 3 years ago in case you're wondering who that was.

I think we should take over the place that we had for a meal for the wagon Squadron banquet I think they had 8 rooms and the overspill could stop in the travel lodge .

Wagon Grace before the meal ###########
