Whats the difference between the GT spec kit and the RS monster kit?

sorry but I have not taken photos step by step but it is straight forward.
There is no fabrication of brackets or anything as these are included in the kit.

Sorry for going on about it, but could someone please confirm if the bumper bar (i.e. the metal) needs any modifications (cutting)?
