You are buying a brand new Autobahnn88 fully polished lightweight aluminum front mount intercooler & pipework for the 1992-2000 Import & UK Subaru Impreza, all years all models between 1992/01~2000/09, also fits all European Impreza Turbo's between 92-00 in Europe, ideal for 2.5 conversions! Direct fit to 96-00 Impreza, only front bumper needs cut slightly to accept the new front mount. 92-95 Impreza may require small (easy) modification to throttle body pipe & inner wing will need a hole cut large enough to allow the pipework to pass through into the engine bay, no inner wing cutting required for 96~00 Impreza's! The core size is a massive 24" x 12" x 3" and has a pressure drop of only 0.2psi @ 15 psi. The intercooler is polished aluminum with a bar and plate design. The pipework is polished aluminum and comes with a 30mm flange for a dump valve. The intercooler is fitted to the main cross member and two lower mounting brackets secure the lower part of the intercooler to the chassis. As with most FMIC's the front bumper will need cut/modified to accept the new FMIC and pipework, an induction kit is required as the standard air box has to be removed to allow room for the pipework. Fog lights, ABS and air conditioning do no not need relocated or removed. The quality and fitment of this kit is on par with much more expensive fmic's on the market like Greddy, Blitz and HKS and in most cases this front mount intercooler is larger and more efficient. ~9KG in total weight! cheers kip was gonna get 1 first time round but got v6 tmic first but need more power now lol and in no rush for the kit

just a few things if u can help mate it says 92-95 Impreza may require small (easy) modification to throttle body pipe & inner wing will need a hole cut large enough to allow the pipework to pass through into the engine bay im not worryed about the cuttin the wing just wanna know whats needed for the throttle body pipe mod? if poss and wheres if any if the dump valve of pipe on the kit as atm i got a baileys dv fitted and wanna know if or how i can get it 2 fit tryed lookin tho this post but cant see anything about this for a baileys dv

Just paid for the Mikalors clamps they have just come back in stock 2day so if anybody is waiting for them was told they will be posted later 2day.

 

You shouldnt have any trouble with the baileys dv what size is the connecting pipe? the mod on the pipe im going to work out and post on the project thread bren has sourced one for me so i can sus out any probs on the early classics may have I should get it this weekend and if i gat time ill start fitting and add to the project all problems will be sorted by the time these will be ready to dispatch to every one

Can I just buy this and bolt it straight on, or will it damage my currently standard car??

Thinkin of getting a full de-cat exhaust soon too, will these two be okay mods?

Its worth getting if your planin other mods as well decat will haelp you got the td05 as std just need apexi induction kit chip for ecu mapped and if you can bigger injectors you need to think what bhp your after before commiting yourself
