Meeting at Magor Services at 7.30am for a 7.45am departure.

In reference to the parking while in the show I've had a mail of Toby and all subaru parking will now be together with SIDC booking and Scoobynet booking I think it just got slightly mixed up but it is now all in hand.

For anyone that is travelling down on their own just be aware that this area all around Chepstow is speed camera country especially with any event on at the track... and with a motor show you can bet your life they will be on form.
Watch out for Tintern if your coming down the Wye Valley and if there is a 30mph zone please stick to it like glue.
I know the area I'm there most days and they will be there and you will not see them.

 

Update on the stand location.... I well happy with this

we should be able to make it more of a display and not so much as a car park there.

Yes it will be fantastic to be next to you guys we should all be able to give them a good show... we have a few quality cars in the area to say the least.

Richie on a more serious note have you seen my comments about the local speed camera habits ? please be very carefull it's a nightmare around here normally let alone this sort of event.

After talking with Daz I'm thinking of leaving the awning at home for this.... we are going to be tight on space plus the fact that this will be on a slight slope of tarmac and we will not be able to fix it down... I'm not that comfortable in leaving it and walking away being surrounded by so much high priced metal.

I've been cleaning all week and then some and I still have not finished.

We had better have a dry day now !!

should of kept the scooby matt.im cleaning mine today so its bound to rain,realy looking foward to this one please everyone drive carefull it would be nice to have a good show with everyone happy includding the locals.

remeber to bring £4.90 in coins as with the Bank holiday the tolls may be rammed as will the M4 West I expect up to the M5 and beyond. Hope that you leave early otherwise you may be in for a bit of a jam.

Got to ask after looking at that area map, when the cars are parked up will it be possible to move them to leave early or once they are there are they stuck there until end of show?
