Kev booked it as SIDC but I expect some have booked as Scoobynet as well and as the areas are next to each other it looks like there are no worries on that part, that area is near at the entrance where we drive in up against the railings of the track. Looks like we have some good company around us as well

Well it's rained all this week like the tropics so I'm hoping that there will be none left by next weekend to come down

No Choice I'm afraid Ian... I do Chepstow everyday and I know what the traffics going to be like

Right Gang time to put the morning meeting times together... Before you say I know it's local but it's looking like it will be a busy start at the show and knowing the gate that we need to get to I think it's still best to leave on the early side to make sure we have no queing or parking problems.
We have a stand to get organised when we get there plus I'll have the awning on board

Meeting at Magor Services at 7.30am for a 7.45am departure.

This will allow us to get to the show by around 8.20am all being well then we can get organised.
For anyone not familiar with the area just be aware that it is speed camera heaven when anything is on at the Racecourse, just about the whole area approaching is around the 30mph mark and they do get the van out quite regular so approach steady please

The gate is easy to find if you make your own way, approaching from the Chepstow direction you go over the mini roundabout just before the course and continue on the main road past all the buildings then as the road straightens the entrance is on the right part way down.

I know some of you will be meeting on route to Magor so I'll leave you get those times organised

In reference to the parking while in the show I've had a mail of Toby and all subaru parking will now be together with SIDC booking and Scoobynet booking I think it just got slightly mixed up but it is now all in hand.

For anyone that is travelling down on their own just be aware that this area all around Chepstow is speed camera country especially with any event on at the track... and with a motor show you can bet your life they will be on form.
Watch out for Tintern if your coming down the Wye Valley and if there is a 30mph zone please stick to it like glue.
I know the area I'm there most days and they will be there and you will not see them.

Yep mine have arrived, another nasty arm band to wear!!!!!!!!

 

By a quirk of fate/luck divine intervention etc.. I may have 2 passes for this. I don't know for sure yet. If it turns out to be so I will confirm asap. obviously one will up for grabs to the first to ask for it.

 

MP24 and wrx/sti are we meeting at pencoed about 6.45 ish?
