I dont understand why Sven has taken Walcott along if he is not prepared to play him.

Would rather change the whole formation as if he didnt have an available striker on the bench

when he sets up a goal in the next game and someone else has a quiet game it'll all be forgotten. Never happy England fans, we'll still be moaning at somebodies performance if we win the bl00dy thing.

Funny how all the nations in Germany are very welcoming to everyone else, even the germans were singing with the english, great bunch of people IMO.

Anybody who thinks we can win the tournament needs sectioning.
That'd be several free-kicks and about 20 corners they had against us ? Yet they still only "scrambled" 2 goals in all that. If Ashley Cole (who was on the line both times when it sailed past him) had made any effort it would have been a different scoreline, the same wouldn't have happened if JT was on the goalline.

England with a 4-1-4-1 should look pretty good.

Attacking we can have 4 strikers - defending with 5 Defenders ... sounds good.

The Temp. is expected to be in the 100'sF Heat will kill us, we need to be 2-0 up within 15 minutes and slow the pace right down!

Most threads do generally have a couple of posts that deviate from the original topic, do they not?

Besides, surely someone having multiple usernames (especially one purely to reply to their OWN posts) is a bigger issue?

Back on topic, I expect a better performance with the new formation. It'll stop us playing the long ball, and flooding the midfield should allow us to play more attractive football, especially with Carrick's distribution.
