i have been intouch with a couple of people who have fishing boats in leigh on sea.......

dates available are...

june 11th/25th

july 9th/23rd

aug/12th



most dates have been fully booked and it is very difficult to get a days fishing on such short notice.


if people can make the above dates then i can book with Skerry Belle which is 42 feet long has everything.....cost is £230 plus £10 each person for rod and bait....approx 8 to 10 hours fishing.

we can have 10 people fishing comfortably. so 10 people fishing would come to 33 pound each.

June 11th is the day after the scooby ball

July 9th is Sti-cki's Birthday BBQ

July 23rd is JAE weekend

Aug 12th is when some are at Germany.

So that only leaves 25th June and thats when I am doing the Race for Life but if Tiny wants to go fishing I dont mind.

Will meet him back at the Lodge to celebrate later on in the afternoon. Oh and its me birthday that day but dont mind him going.

As Karen said above & As we spoke earlier today , All the dates are fully booked , Apart from June 25th , I 'am allowed to go on Karens Birthday & Race for life

But to be honest mate , I Think we are going to struggle to get 10 Persons on board Witch in turn pushes the cost p/p Up

I think it may be best to go down the lake route & Bbq

I Also appreciate the effort you have put into trying to get this arranged

Just spoken to Colin the skipper of the Skerry Belle.

Booking has been confirmed for 25th June (3 days before my birthday )

cost is £33 per person for 10 people fishing, if any drop out then the cost will go up to make up for boat cost of £230.

the boat is docked at leigh on sea.

lmao, think not lol........be lucky if i can stand once i get of the boat.... i remember the last time i went boat fishing, it felt like i was bouncing on a trampolene continuosly for 3 days afterwards.
