i have received some titanium ones for a friend but not my blue ones yet. I know these are coming in the next few days to scott along with the red ones that have been made especially for this order. Not aware of a problem on black though.

as I (and others) have explained there have been some stock problems and there was a short shipment ot scott last week out of which most orders were fulfilled - just waiting on a few bits for the last few orders.

I missed the GB but I assume this is why my order has not shipped either. Out of curiosity, what is the usual timeframe for your order status to change? I'm still pending payment although PayPal said it is completed...

my order was pending, its pending with Scott Lowe, its not the actual payment, just the order. It'll change when they are shipped.

i spoke to scott today and he said he's waiting for a batch o fthem to arrive.
Hopefully end of this week or early next.
this was for a black set. i assume if other peeps are waiting fo r other colours then they are in the same order

 

That's what Scott told me about my non GB order. Hopefully they'll be out by the end of the next week for the LONG trek accross the pond.

 

So what hes really saying is that forget it and see them when you get them, really doesnt give a good impression o buying other items from his company. Although I have only read good reports in the past.

RR - unfortunately there is not a lot scott can do about it at the moment when his suppliers have dropped him in the doodoo - stock is imminent there though and will be sent & then charged when dispatched.

he is gutted with the current situation but is at the mercy of the supply chain i am afraid.

I appreciate that orders have been placed for some time now and for those that use paypal to pay that the money has transferred but these are not generally acknowledged as an urgent need such as brake pads or cam belts etc so please bear with him - they will arrive and they will be worth the wait.
