Tiny, I don't know if this guy can help you but I had an appointment with a customer of mine and he owns Ballantyne Edwards in Shoeburyness.

Matthew Edwards is the chaps name and he says for the number of shirts you order he can offer you a much improved deal (his words not mine

) Might be worth a call to see what he can offer. Besides embroidered shirts I know he can even do mugs with the ESC logo or our own cars on them.
