Checked this morning and the EMS tracking is now working, although I can't tell yet whether it's still in Japan or enroute to me. Still, we're getting somewhere at at last.

Anyone at Nengun reading this who can explain why it is I've not heard from you directly throughout the whole process? :-) My details are correct on your website, and it keeps showing different updates and messages which I can see when I login, but I don't seem to have had a single copy of anything actually sent to my email. Shame because there were a few other things I would have liked to have ordered at the same time, but without any replies to my enquiries there wasn't a lot I could do...

 

well my order been processing for ages even though it said shipmment on the 21st checked it now and it says complete and shipping for the 24th so i'm hoping that means its on its way at last probably just overerly worried cause first time ordered like this before but if it goes well i'll no how it works for next time cause they do have lots of good stuff

i had to order something from them and that was on the 12th its now at there post office over there send them a message that might give them a kick up the ****.
mine was ment to be posted on the 23rd but still nothing at 22.00 on the 23rd so i sent them a message and today it all kicked off said it had been signed for at the post office in japan on the tracking form so all being well should see some movement

How long did yours all take to go from processing to shipping, and how long from shipping to arriving at your door?

took 12 days for my bits to go from processing to shipping and 2 days to get here but i did send them a message and it changed that day
