i had the same trouble. cant ya do what i did delete youre old account set up a new email address set up a new account and use the same credit card took about 10 mins alot faster than 3 days

That will make it take even longer tho,

I have received an e-mail on the 10th saying i can pay direct transfer or something, and if i want it changing over i can.
So i mailed back saying yes I'll do that and have'nt heard nothing yet or nothing has been changed on the nungen site in "my orders" (last update on the 8th)

 

Setting up a new account takes only a few mins?.....hmmmmmmm might try this soon

 

Does anyone know what to do to make a direct bank transfer?

I've been in contact with nungen by e-mail and I can do a bank transfer, and have to pay 128,168 yen.

Does it mean I have to go to my bank and sort it out there?

if anyone hasnt payed, i just have, I use hotmail,and paypal is on the hotmail address too, so i used another account to log in to nengun, once I had placed the order i just payed through my normal paypal account (linked to hotmail) without any problems

saves all the bother

I took a trip to the bank and paid this afternoon,

 

i payed at last!! still waiting for my paypal numbers to get my account to work but i managed to use my credit card to pay through paypal direct to his email .... probably not the right way of doing it but it got to him so thats what maters had to hold fire on the blitz exhaust though cause i got new coilovers fitted ...anyone got any idea how long shipping takes ? mind u its not royal mail so will probably be pretty quick

You need to log into the nengun site & order the PFC, then check back to see when the PayPal discount has been removed. You then send a payment via PayPal to Nengun's email address.

Keep checking your Nengun account for updates etc.

Anyone had any progress yet? Mine was supposed to be shipped out on the 20th, apparently it's already gone, and there's a copy of the shipping label, but when I go on their postal service website it says it's not been sent yet. There is a note to say that it takes a couple of days before it leaves Japan (which seems odd for Express delivery) but it's been 3 days now, after having waited something like 10 days between paying and them actually shipping it. And in that time I've still not actually had a single email of any kind from them...

Anyone got their tracking number recognised yet?
