Your RB senses are correct however, the term you've used is wrong. This is a standard cost effective replacement of the OEM centre pipe, therefore, the car remains standard.
I wouldn't recommend switching to non oragne shade rear lights due to the swimming pool that appears in your boot. Ok if you have a Gizmo to swim in it.

Gizmo is a keen swimmer, though he gets thirsty at the end of a swim and drinks all the prodrive enhanced water away
My car is an STi 6 but with a mid-level spolier. This was done before I got the car. I saw it as a good omen when I bought it as I wanted an STi 6 but prefered the "more discrete" mid-level spolier
