Not trying to be a wuss...but just trying to make it easier for anyone..

I'm saying meet at the Cinema/Pub again.

This is easier to find than out in the middle of no where.

Even if we just have a pint.. or not even go in...

Plus theres an excuse for a drive about too


Lets meet up around 7pm - 7:30pm then, that way we wont get to the Curry house after 10pm again.... or whatever time it was.. lol

 

J is correct.

it is going to be much easier to meet at the usual place and travel in convoy to the curry pub (just remember how many of you actually found it last time LOL )

Other than that we could meet at Donington services and travel to the curry pub from there. This may make it easier for those travelling from further afield.

Anyway....until somebody suggests otherwise. We will meet at the Master Locksmith pub...same as usual...7:00-7:30pm.

I will not be able to make it over until 8:00pm but I'll ring and find out where you've got to.

Its tuesday night... and we still haven't a general concensus on where to meet.

I imagine some folks will meet at the Master Locksmiths in derby as planned...and maybe others will meet at Donington Park services on the M1 (J 23A)

I few nuggets of information to help folks find their way.

Me, Mike (Gridlock) and Steve (can't remember his user name) will be heading off from my place about 18:45 so we should be there between 19:00 and 19:30 so you won't be on your own.

I'm passing on curry due to diet . I could be convinced but I'm trying to be good

 

I`ll be at Donnington services till 7-30 and then onto the Melbourne Arms, see you all there!

My day is going **** up by the minute!!

Started with water all over kitchen floor, compressor packed up on Fridge/Freezer unit.
Managed to save most food but the beer got warm!!

Insurance Co. don't wanna know as the appliance is over 5 years old and it's considered general wear and tear + there is a £50 excess if I claim for the food lost. The Barstewards!!!

Anyway, with the delayed start, my working day doesn't look like finishing until at earliest 7pm so I won't make the Donno. meet up, Paul etc.

I'll see how things go and may meet up at the Curry Pub but in all this chaos I ain't promising anything.

Thanks for the intro even though i understood only a 10th of the subaru talk there were some radical mods i daren't even think about especially as mine is essentially a company car,they all made my standard 5 door look a bit tame next time i will stay for a curry

best curry in Derby thess days is Jee Jar Jees in littleover on the new Heatherton estate some one there (possibly the owner) has a Subaru it is always busy and has good parking

 

What a top night that was, great curry house we must visit it again ....
