You see a turbo being held next to an engine.

I see a bored, honed closed deck block machined to take oversize headstuds and fitted with a stroker kit and heavy duty bearings. Built up with STI heads, reversed manifold, custom head gaskets and HKS headers.

A lot of work goes into completing an engine like that!

Now if you could just develop glasses to see into the future you could save yourself a lot of money on engine rebuilds

They do get quite hot and you'll have trouble shutting the bonnet I expect.

Just spoke to the guy, and the car should be ready sooner rather than later! Looking forward to seeing this car at TOTB.

The guy might be in another club? or team Steven? than the one you organise?

What club or invite has your guy got Craig to run at TOTB?
TOTB is normally run by various "teams". Who's "team" is your guy in?

TOTB is a team event, if you want to enter generally speaking you need to submit an entry to join one of the teams.

Each team comprises 10 cars from a specific club / marque.

If the organisers of TOTB receive an independant entry request they normally pass it on to the Team representative for that particular marque, which in the case of the Subarus is Steven...

There are a couple of invited entry slots for interesting cars which aren't entered in large enough quantities to form their own 10 car team (Dax Rush turbo hyabusa, Cosworth Transit, Ultima GTR for example) and an all marque team for the 200+ club where the event originated.

If your friend wants to be considered for Team Subaru he needs to contact Steven, as detailed here

I think you'll need to do something about that tape before you see the dizzy heights of 500hp. Power bulge in the bonnet?

Cheers mate, i hope so to. My mate was in no rush to get it finished, he has changed his mind on so many of the parts and had to come up with the extra chash for them. The are some custom iteams on the car that have to be made and this also take time but it looks like wer are finaly there. I spoke to Paul @ Zen Performance ( very nice man ) about this injector problem and he gave me a few ideas so we just need to give them a go and see if we can sort it.
