Just read the Autocar test on the Buggy veyron... 0-200 in <20 seconds...
BTW that is 10 seconds quicker than a Macca F1...

What I should have said is there is a car still at colins, the silver car (sti2 iirc) is getting returned to std and sold, as he now has a fully caged type-r which makes more sense to use as the track car
His dilemma was brakes, as he didnt want to have to use his 18's (the only thing they will fit in) but John Felstead has suggested a tyre size to him that should work.
Anyway Im sure he will comment if he see's the thread..

BTW, from the looks of your data, it seems the cheapest way to crack 220 is a couple of hundred tonnes of tarmac and an extension to the track!!!!!!!

Just to bring this back up, the German Auto-bild Mag has just done a report showing europes quickest road going 1/4 mile car, Mitsubishi Evo IX from Norris Designs.

Ronnie never got into the 9's, and Abbey Motorsports new hero is Tim Webster, and although he has done a 9.9 he is still somewhat off the pace of the top 3 or 4 cars in the UK.
