Just started another group buy thread for the stuff above if anyone is interested.
Fitted the tilt and splitter kit today and I am well pleased
Bioforger!
Si im an idiot when it comes to mechanics and anything under the bonnet, how easy is it to install the splitter? any drilling, glueing involved, or only screwing ?
The whole tilt and splitter thing is quite easy to do. It must be if I can do it
you also get instuctions from Si as well. The tilt kit is really easy and involves loostening two jubilee clips,un-bolting two bolts fitting two spacers and re-bolting back down, then tightening the clips back up. You then take some scissors and cut some of the rubber that goes into the inter-cooler. For the splitter you take off the metal under tray part of the scoop with the rubber you just cut, position splitter at the front and drill four wholes, screw down with the screws supplied and put everything back together! jobs a good unn!
