If I was his dad then I'd suggest he tells his son to spend the next 2 years saving for his insurance. If he was talking about getting a 350Z AFTER the accident just before the court case, then he needs to get a reality check TBH

He does need a reality check considering what he was prepared to pay to insure a 350z!!! 5 figures for one year! Sod that.
His Dad isn't paying for anything as far as I know. His son is taking a year out and working from home (for himself) & doing community service at the moment. He did 30 hours of it last week!
