Right just to re- cap then ...

1. I Will be going straight to Nethermayne, i will be there @ 7-45 am To get set up etc

2. Spec C 57 ( Mr & Mrs ) , Flat Eric , Cornilius , & Shifty also there early to help get set up & Steves car filled with balloons & Counted !! Lyn your job !!

3. Spec C's Scoob will be under the new ESC / SIDC Marquee with the balloons inside

4. I Will take the other Marquee for the stall / Shelter for us all

5. I Have sorted a generator / Compressor to blow ballooons up on the day to give to the kids etc .. ( If anyone has any spare ribbon plz bring along )

6. Sti-cky will be in charge of the Hellium , Each one of our cars will have a balloon filled with Hellium tied of the wing mirror ( Should look good ) Also Hellium filled balloons on the Bike (1st Prize ) & Tied of the marquee

7. Robroy will be doing the flaming exhibition @ say 12 noon , 1 pm ,2pm, 3pm , 4pm For about 5-10 mins ea stint , This will be enclosed adjacent to our stand , Cordened of with Bollards & Boards C/O Cornilius

8. Karen will meet you all @ Tescos car Park ( Posers meet place ) @ 8-30am In my scoob She will then be handing out the entrance passes 1 pass per person reqd .

9. Please if you cannot make the pre meet , Plz be there no later than 10am !! We must be set up by then , Before the general public start to enter ,If not there will be issues with Health & Safety !!

10. Please take some ballons from me on Thursday eve ( Lodge ) Get them blown up ready so can straight in steve's car , Lyn has a nice little pile of 150 To do on Sat !!
