You could get the genuine Sti spoilers from the main dealer at one time (from Prodrive WR Sport options list).

Parts for MY99 were

Full set SACC2314A (unpainted)
Prodrive Part Numbers SDSTS045500050 and SDSTS045500060

No idea if they are still available.

Yes, and yes!
The front ones are a direct replacements, I just removed the disk covers (allows extra ventillation anyway, I've never bothered with them on cars in the past!) but the backs...
...that's another story, you need to change the hubs, backing plates, outer part of the driveshafts, you need adjustable camber bolts and them may need to modify the handbrake cable and may have to fiddle with the ABS!

A friend (dannytwo) is getting them fitted to his forester soon so I could let you know how he got on if you are interested. He paid £200 for the above bits which was an absolute bargain, usually they go for nearly double that.

You can get adapter kits from the USA (consisting of a caliper adapter and iron ring for the handbrake (as the handbrake shoes are 20mm bigger in diameter on the STi's)) which are about £250-£300, though I am working on a kit myself which should be a fraction of that price, send me an email if you are interested and I'll let you know when they are ready for manufacture.

p.s. I forgot to say, you need at least 17" wheels and only certain rims will fit over them! Don't expect to be able to use the space saver wheel ever again (unless you can fit it reversed maybe!?)

Hi M8,

first you need to get your picture put up online somewhere (Hosted). Lots of people use www.photobucket.com, its free and allows you to upload your pictures to a gallery, then to make it nice and easy to link to them in forums it creates the HTML Tags you need for pictures. You just cut and paste from the IMG section, it will be apparent when you do this.

you need to cut and paste something like this :

[IMG] MyURL / MyPicture.jpg [/IMG]

e.g
[IMG] photobucket.com/ albums/b13/smiles-esc/bluewagon.jpg [/IMG]

Note I deliberately did the Photobucket URL's wrong, and added spaces so you can see this example and not the photo. the forum will read the information in the IMG tags and replace with your picture...
