Now that we have a really firm commitment, we can now start getting things more formally organised.
Last year 65 attended, and despite initial interest, it only looked like we would get around 50.
Anyhows, now that commitment is high, i shall be looking to get things planned ....once we can get a firm meet point sorted we can put a date in..

Plans are now underway...... we are talking to a couple of possible hosts for the BBO. Once we get confirmations we can publicise a date. At the moment the dates look like being towards the back end of september or early october, and most likely being a saturday night.
Taking onboard comments, we are trying to look for a venue that we could use??? for an afternoon meet, leaving people free to go walkabout etc, and then a main regroup for around 7.30 for an 8pm drive thru.
One thought, is to have someone marshall for us, and if we would all be willing to donate a minimum of £5 per car on the way in which could then go to a local charity. (Parking would cost at least that if you went to the fair) with around a 100 scoobs we could potentially raise between £500 and £1000.
