There is a re fuel point on route but also most(AND I MEAN MOST UNLESS SCOTT) of make it on a full tank of fuel. Shell station not far from start point so fill before before start.

Note that one on Whittleway is only accessible Northbound! There is one on the A6 in Allestree if you are on the North side of Derby or coming around the A38

Ubik: I have a Large Suction Mount with camera bracket which I could bring on Sunday if you want to try that? It will fit to the windscreen in a new shape but was a bit difficult in a classic due to curvature I found.

 

You can access south bound Charlie via Mansfield Rd through Main car dealerships entrance which brings you in to the shell forcourt.

That would be brilliant. I am picking up Jays camera sunday morning, it weighs aprox 500g so should be fine on any bracket.

I have got a Cannon IxusII that does movies too. I plan to get the video recorder all setup in the car and then film the fast groups as they leave.
