Richard's just sent me a text message. His car was stolen this morning from Birmingham airport, last seen at 1:55 when the police gave up the chase. Doubtfull hes going to be at this one, which he was looking forward to. Hes working in Barcelona at the moment and has just found out.

In answer to your question Paul, yes - hes got the RAC trackstar. I am intrested to see how that goes as I have the same system. We have already joked that if it has been stolen to order the RAC will be saying to the police 'Its following the 36 bus route....and sticking to the 30mph limit'.(You have to laugh...and cry). Hopefully if its gone for good, don't think he wants it back now.

We will all have to drive a little harder to make up for the missing BHP!

Rich phoned trackstar to tell them the car had been stolen. They were unable to track it and were unaware that it had been moved. Hes fairly pisched off about that as he paid for another two years in advance. NCP secure car park, diskloc and alarm. Hes wondering how they managed it.

Now hes driving a cellica until it all gets sorted. Loves the STi but is in two minds if hes going to get another. Now hes spoken to the police about the chase he doesn't want his back again. He phoned Norwich union who were super with him 'Oh another one?'. Sounds like they are running a competition at the NU to see who does the most scooby claims!
