Rich from shefield, good work fella, thanks for naving didnt get chance to thank you at the pub.

i was in the black WRX behind you,
Gillp95 was in the silver wagon at the back.

did'nt get the other guys name (let us know if you are out there, mate).

those first few miles out in the country were fantastic

My lad got a lot of footage of the back of your car, not to steady but not bad for a beginner.

Great run today guys, glad gillp95 and myself made the trip over, to come all the way back again on the route
Got some top footage of the "fast" group through the great derbyshire scenery, and just had a quick look at some of the other stuff I've been given to edit too, should make a great dvd.
Give me about a week to get it all together, its a mammoth task
chris.

I was in Buxton when you where all heading my way, CW42 gave me dodgy instructions where to join in for half a hour, But told me he was on the Leek to Buxton Road and you where on the Congleton to Buxton Road LOL

Any way pulled out in front of Charley Whiskey on Long hill and had a play over there, Waved you all past in Whaley Bridge, last Guy in the line let me out Cheers mate .

Hope you all had a great day (could not do the day due to very ill rear suspension)

Glad you enjoyed it Rich.

I am sending my footage to CW42 but I am going to try and set up the FTP on my machine so I host some small clips until CW has finished his masterpiece. Should be later this week.

Foxmod, Jay never hosted your tunnel clip. I have given up, I will set it up on my desktop machine.

Hey all,
Got home with no probs, just a tad later than i planned, but hey it was worth hanging around. Had a close call with a mobile speed cam on way home, 99% sure it was a national and i only hit 60 over taking (y do people insist on doing 40 in a national zone????) but loved the day.
Big thanks and well done goes out to Marv and Paul, great day!!!!!!!!!

Cheers J

Andy, would have loved to have kept up with you on the A5004 but we were waiting for the group to catch up. It did mean we got a fairly clear run thoough

At one point (Charlesworth) we had three groups together before cw42 shot off to the Hadfield road and we turned left for fuel

We were held up at the Snake Inn waiting for food, then we had a bit of a diversion on the way back (Casper wanted to do Winnats) and we stopped at Carsington for toilets as we were bursting.

Some nice roads, and a pleasure not to have to do all the organising

Thumbs up What a superb Day right up to Lunch!

My daughter and I hand a fantastic day right up to lunch, following the Black and the red Classic, sorry guys n girls but didn't catch all your names, had the first opportunity to put the scoob through some superb roads. then came the Snake pass and lunch - fantastic - food weren't bad either - all going great right up until the snake bit!! right through the fuel pump wire!!! So the white WRX was not going anywhere and left the hills sherpa stylie on a TRUCK!! oh well (only found the melted pump connnector this morning) Has anyone else known of the pump pulling this much juice? I know we were moving but didnt know the pumps got that hungry!! Anyway the scoob is all sorted and we will be back to Essex in the morning - just wanna say a big thanks to all who stayed to give a hand trying to bring the WRX back too life, - can't wait for the next one.

'till next time

Churchie,

Sorry to hear about your car, when I left I thought you were showing Bruce the engine and were just having a good old natter as he has had a lot of work done on his.

Hopefully see you at the next one and I will try not to get lost this time!

Cheers
David (Red Mica bugeye that was following you)

PS: You will be on the first half of my footage. One word: Rapid!
