i would be interested, but cannot get it done for at least 2 months due to time commitments (Car is MY01 WRX with centre decat and H&S rear box).
Don't mine waiting but whens the latest this mod could be done to my car in this group buy?

Peter are you ok to pay the 50% at the end of this month (or soon after). I'll check to see is theres a "time limit" on getting the actual remap done. I think it will be a couple of months anyway as I understand Bob is very busy through the summer.

Changing the subject slightly, i see you have a H&S backbox on an MY01 I'm thinking about getting one of these - are they very loud? I don't want anything too loud. Does it make any difference to performance?

Mark.

Peter.

Just re-read Terry original post on SIDC forum. Looks like mapping will likely take place in August anyway so that gives you a couple of months - If you need longer than this let me know & I'll check with BR.

re-back box the H&S is not too loud, just deep. Get's loud if you give it some stick, but my girlfriend can tell when my cars pulling up...but it does not seem loud. As regarding performance increase, cannot really tell.

OK guys - I've got part of the answer

Group buy closes 31st May. There is no "deadline" for having remap done. BRDevelopments will schedule customers to visit in August and September.

Mark.

Fellow GBers,
I may be able to sort out a deal on 225 Walbro fuel pumps to go with this GB.
Anyone up for it?

Tasberley,

It is very difficult to give an estimate as to what gains you could expect because the gains can vary quite considerably from car to car. You might want to post your question in one of the other Scooby Net forums addressing it to those who have already had the TEK3 remap. There is also an e-mail address info@brdevelopments.com where you MAY be able to obtain more information. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Hi Terryb

Just a few quick questions

1. Will the TEK3 remap be visible to Subaru as i have a MY04 WRX wagon and for obvious warranty reasons i don't want them knowing I've had a remap.

2. Will the price be different as i don't think you have 10 people yet

3. How will i know if I've got a 3-port solenoid fitted anyway

Sorry for all the questions but if everything is OK count be in

(this is also on SIDC forum)

I'm interested in this, but could you find out off Bob if there would be any difference in cost as I've already had mine remapped ages ago by John Banks, and am reliably informed that I still have a licence left, and will he do it without the 3 port?

Jim

Just to add full spec is:

ported headers
uppipe
full decat
VF23 (ported exhaust housing)
Walbro pump
FSE fuel reg
K&N replacement element

LEAD FOOT
