is it/was it a 16" or a 17" Spec C Sti RA.. how to tell?

Nathan.. i don't know!! I love the White MY03's.
ok.. story so far... all the WRX3 i'm seeing the ppl want £16k! and are holding out for that.. even tho they know i know.. they didn't pay much more than that new!
so.. £16k + £2k i could spend on the car to Full De Cat it, Eibachs, Tec 3 it.. brings me to £18k
Now.. £18k on a car brings it into another league... for another £1k.. i could know doubt push to see if i can get a Spec C 9 as i have no PX now)
Or.. some one wanting a quick sale on a Typre UK STi 8!!.
if i could get a £14k WRX3.. and £2k on it (total £16k ish).. i'd probly go for that and save the extra for a rainy day.
as a matter of interest.. does the Spec C above have that new ABS system?
