How do you know when your buying a Scooby Sport system then who has made it? I thought when I got mine that Janspeed has made it, had no idea that H&S were still involved. Not slating the H&S name but bought Janspeed because of the past history I have had with them.

To by fair they haven't bought a back box from us for a Impreza since all the trouble started, but they do use our pipe work occasionly. It is normal non Impreza exhaust that they buy,Legacy, forester etc.

Must have a Ninja exhaust, recieved mine today and sounds great, for £215 you can't go wrong. Not to loud and sounds like a true subaru through and through, cheers scoobyworld.

Thumbs up

I've got a (modified front hanger) STi7 box on my MY97 - very pleased with it Perfect combination of light increase in noise and pretty tailpipe. Resistance to flow is significantly less than std but rear box is not a major contributor to exhaust BP in the case of scoobs anyway. Material is better grade stainless than earlier OEM boxes too!

Cheers

Mick

Ive got a back box which has two small holes that you can see from the top.

Its got like a removable baffle end piece on it.If i take it out its unbelievably loud.Ive put it back in now and used small nuts and bolts to secure.

Does this sound like an American exhaust (as i was told)???

I was worried about the plods stopping me for the noise.
I could fit my fist inside the hole with the end piece off, seemed to make it a bit quicker.Perhaps it was my imagination.

Anyone know??

On my prev 93WRX I had a complete DeCat Non-resonated HKS Hiper system and that was very loud

The tail pipe on the HKS had 2 holes in it to fit and or remove the bung. The difference in the noise level was quite apparent but without the bung i.e no restriction the car did seem to feel a bit quicker. The best thing was to drive around without the bung setting off car alarms funny as ****
