I posted this thread as the general opinion is that Imprezas are common, I drove 40 miles last week and saw none. Hence my post.

Face it scoobs in one form or another are as common on our roads now as vectras and mondeos
.

What are you on about...
I drive 75 miles 5 days a week in my beloved scooby.I have NEVER seen more than four...in a whole bloody week!!
That's 4 scoobs in 375 miles driving down the A406/M11 during rush hour.I think you need to pay specsavers a visit.

Bloody ford drivers....

does it really matter if they are becoming more common? Does it make it drive any differently? Does it change how it makes you feel when you drive it honestly........no so what's to moan about? Most car become a victim of their own success, I'm sure at one stage people said the same about Porkers or BMW or Mercs. I surpose it depends on where you live.
Where I am I see a scooby once a week where as my lass thinks they are as common as muck coz she sees them all the time.
Only thing that I don't like about the scooby now days is that it has the "boy racer" tag attached to it which it never used to.

Common??!!

thats why i sold mine after owning it for 2 years!
everytime i went out i saw at least 4 or 5.All the same colour as mine.SILVER.

Im glad i didnt keep it as i think now because you can get a early wrx for £4000 every "Kev" has one.
maybe its the new xr3i.

Got a nice evo 4 insteadAnd in nearly 4 years of ownership theres only 1 other near me.

Plater, I don't even have a Scoob so your argument is baseless.

I'd love to carry on this battle of wits but I think it'd be unfair of me to fight an unarmed man.

Byeeeeee.

I have a silver wagon and yes they are fairly common but when im out and about i may only see a couple of other scoobs, can you imagine owning a sivler ford focus and doing the wave when you see others, your arm would drop off after a mile near any town

EVOs confuse me, we are told they are suppose to be better and we all want to buy the best for our money dont we ? So how come the impreza has the larger market share ? It cant be price as they go head to head in Japan.
