I'm still in touch with Scottish Jim, Chris B and Scoobasteve.
Saxo has long gone mate, the Scoob is my weapon of choice these days. Not the comfiest of things but it goes well enough....

I'm flat out for the next few weeks but I'd be up for a bit of a get-together later on in the summer.

I came second to your first (if that makes sense)...apparently someone nicked my trophy though, grrrr!

Hmmmm, they called your name out for winning the Pro Handling shoot out, which was odd, as it was Me, Andy Harvey, Ian Froggatt and Paul Martin in the handling Shoot Out. I was puzzled where you name come from until, we realised they put C91(you) instead of C96(Me) on the shoot out results.
Yeah, I heard about the "mix-up" the following day, I did laugh! I came second in pro flyers and I didn't even know I'd done it!
Still doesn't explain my missing trophy for overall second though, which to be fair I don't reckon is too shabby a result for a car that isn't finished yet.
I'm struggling to sleep because of all of this I'll have you know....oh, how I crave recognition from my peers!

I've still got mine!! Spends most of its life sitting on the drive attracting tree sap and bird ****
I sometimes go to work in it (a massive round trip of about 5 miles) and occasionally venture as far as the supermarket, where 9 times out of 10 it gets scratched or dented
I must be honest I've kind of neglected it over recent years, no weekly clean and polish these days - can't be ar$ed! Still got low miles - only about 63k on the clock. Could do with a bit of TLC to bring it back to its former glory.............
Any of the old crew up for a reunion meet?????
Edit: Just watched Mr D's video and almost pissed myself at the litle victory celebration at the end
Makes a change from the old days with "Bloody 5th gear again" etc!

Well as part of my running-in procedure I wandered across the Ridings from West to East tonight.
Spotted Steven Darley in his hatch in Newport.
And had a brief chat with Sam in the car park at "The Ketch" in Willerby.
Then drove back to Wakefield on the back roads to clock up some more mileage...

250 miles so far, delivered on Saturday morning, was in by Saturday night, plumbed and wired up by Tuesday evening, and running soon after, massive thanks to Bigarf for all his work on that part of the job.
TBH Steven if the wee lad in the Fiesta infront of you hadn't flashed someone behind me, I might have missed you... NOT !
dunx
P.S. Heading West today, maybe across towards Blackburn over the Pennines...
