I turned privacy up, cleared cookies, re-booted, click vote 10 and then just kept clicking refresh.
Is this the quickest way? Bearing in mind im on dial up

no you'd be quicker just keep clicking where the 10 appears. This way it isn't trying to refresh the images - it's just loading a new page.
I've been doing it a different way though - i'll YHM you
