I have given up selling on here, just sold mine today at Chelmsford Car Auction. Mine was similar mileage to yours but didn't have ppp or any of your mods I got £17400 another went through with lower mileage (18k) and with PPP but no other extras it went for £18500 it appears that only the dealers have this kind of money and they will only buy at auction. Jo public if they want to buy a car of this sort of value usually require finance associated with buy which can only be offered by dealers.
I resisted selling at auction for a long time but in the end it was only way to shift the car.
Anyway good luck with your sale and maybe it might be worth looking at the auction route.
