I paid £763.75 last month for a TEK3 remap on my MY00, expensive I know but well worth the cash.
If you have a full decat and a performance air filter you will not be disappointed.
The torque is amazing, fuel consumption better and goes like excrement off a shovel now.
For those of you contemplating, just do it.

I'm definitely interested in a Tek3 when my 03 WRX gets delivered in Sept. Which tuner is it with? I'd rather it was with someone I trust i.e. Power Engineering as I know they will do a good job.

Wont Steve / David at EcuTek/PowerEng do you a deal ? Plus they have a rolling road for accurate pwr figures etc.
It was there baby, they are the daddies of EcuTek. I was the first ever customer.

Either way you guys wont regret it, pushed my mpg up to 25 ish on average. The best bit was the power didnt fall off after 100mph, just pulled like a train on my old my00.

There are two good reasons for not putting the price on here that immediately spring to mind...
1 ) the companies involved generally ask you not too, so you do as they ask out of i) courtesy and ii) thanks for giving you a discount
2) Some of the people who have had it fitted at the normal price roll up and start to moan and whine and winge and generally badmouth everyone and the company involved which isn't good news, and everyone who has it done in the future will say "oh but you did if for £xxx the other week, so can't you do it the same for me?" etc etc etc....

intrested in tek 3 for me p1 got full de cat blitz filter and dumpvalve going to power engineering 1 aug to get it set up and rolling roaded should be about 310 bhp but re map would make sure shes running correctly me sisters blokes got same car and set up so he might want it to

Just as a side note:
If you do a search, you will find that when P1's are decated, a remap is highly recommended due to safety reasons. I can't remember the specific reasons, but thats the way it is

Xsoooby, Theres a bit of an issue regards from TEK2 to TEK3, I believe its a non starter, you would be better contacting BRD regards this, they will clarify the situation mate 4 u
