Problems with an ISP

A long time ago when I was young I was a bit of a **** with credit cards and ended up owing money to various companies that I didn't even realise I owed money to so I can empathise with your predicament.
As the internet hadn't been invented back then I didn't have the option of posting all about it on a bulletin board and recieving intelligent and informative suggestions and opinions on what to do so I went to the CAB where they kindly and succesfully negotiated on my behalf to pay back the money over a period of time and in sums that were agreeable to me.
I suggest you do this too, you'll be surprised at the ridiculously small amount of money your ISP will accept from you each month in order to clear the debt so that even someone who is as hard up as you say you are can afford it without it barely making an indent into your monthly outgoings
